MINI SCREW JACKS
The mini-jack is a screw jack with a screw thread with a very small pitch and a small overall height. This mini-jack is used to preload piles or beams under existing structures and to jack up small structures. The mini screw jack is usually left behind in the structure. Mini screw jacks are available with lifting capacities of up to 90 kN. For larger lifting capacities two or more jacks can be placed next to each other. The preload can be adjusted by using a torque wrench.
